Pickup Only: All orders are for in-store pickup. We do not offer delivery.

ID Required: You must present valid ID at pickup. Orders cannot be picked up by third parties.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to cannabis regulations:

• No returns once products leave the dispensary
• All sales are final upon pickup
• Defective products: Contact us immediately for case-by-case resolution

You agree not to:

• Purchase for resale or distribution
• Transport products across state lines
• Share products with anyone under 21
